Join me again this month at Nutrition Unlimited for the next installment on essential oils, Thursday, August 22nd at 7 PM.

This month we will be diving in deeper to discover the language of plants. You’ll learn how essential oils work with your body, manufacturing processes, history of use, what essential oils are (yay, science!) as well as some recipes for specific health conditions.
