Slip Away Retreats Registration Instructions

Thanks for choosing to register for a retreat! There are two ways to complete your registration.

  • The old-fashioned way with paper and a check or money order.
    1. Download and print this Retreat Registration form pdf.
    2. Fill out the form and mail with payment to Yola Johnson, 21342 Knudsen Drive, Grosse Ile, MI 48138
    3. We will give you confirmation and add you to our Insiders Facebook Group especially for Retreat Guests.
  • The new-fangled way, via email and PayPal.
    1. Download this word document Retreat Registration Form.
    2. Open the file with Word, choose to enable editing, fill it out completely and save the completed version to your computer.
    3. Email the completed form as an attachment to slipawayretreats@gmail.com with “Registration” in the subject line.

Some people ask, “Which option do you prefer?” If you’re one of those people, we would say we are a bit old-fashioned and really like to feel the paper form and check in our hands. But we want what most convenient for you, so either option is great!
